Every year, Manna helps thousand of families by donating food and help to our local families in need.  Manna is entirely driven on their volunteers and we want to help them this holiday season.

If you bring in TWO (2) BAGS of non-perishable food items, you will receive:

For NEW patients:

• Comprehensive Exam
• Recommendations for a happier, healthier life

For EXISTING patients:

• Free Adjustment

Donations of food should be non-perishable. Suggestions for food include: pasta, soups, cereals, snack foods, canned vegetables and condiments. Some suggestions for toiletries include baby wipes, diapers, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, paper towels, toothpaste and toilet paper.
