We have entered into a reciprocal working relationship with Optimal Fitness Solutions [CHANGE YOUR LIFE ... Get Fit] in order to provide:
- Sports Specific Performance Training - This program will improve your performance skills, for your sport, to increase strength, balance, stabilization, speed, agility and/or quickness.
- Individual Personal Training - Custom, effective one-on-one workouts addressing
your training needs whether it is to reduce body
fat, increase lean body mass, alter body shape, develop
cardiovascular fitness, increase muscle strength,
improve overall health, or enhance sports performance.

- Group Fitness Training - Small Group sessions of 2-3 people for couples,
families, and friends who may have thesame desired
goals and needs. Rates are less than in individual
training. Training can take place at your home or an
outdoor location.
- Youth Sports Performance Training - Individual private training for youths to enhance their
athletic performance through strength training and/
or speed, agility and quickness training.
Optimal Fitness Solution is owned and operated by Steve Rodriguez. Steve earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University
of California, Los Angeles and is certified as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mr Rodriguez was a former competitive
bodybuilder and powerlifter who now enjoys mountain climbing, trail running, surfing, snowboarding, weightlifting andplaying competitive football. He has been and continues to be very active in youth sports coaching football,
basketball and softball.
